Taylor Swift owns the summer of 2023. Sorry, it’s really not up for debate. The 33-year-old pop megastar may be the most recognizable celebrity in America right now.

After she released an original album in each year from 2020-2022, the Pennsylvania native embarked on her first tour since 2018 this summer with her through-the-years “Eras Tour”. And, to say it’s been a smashing success has been an understatement.

The 26-city domestic tour has produced unprecedented demand and ticket prices that have blown away past records for a tour. And, with Swift also re-recording all of her old albums over a dispute with music executive Scooter Braun, she’s dominating the charts in a way that no one has ever before.

And, for the first time by a living in artist in sixty years, Taylor Swift has four albums in the top ten of the Billboard 200.

Her newly released >Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) is on top of the charts at number 1, with Midnights at 5, Lover at 7, and Folklore at 10.

The last artist to have four albums in the top ten was Prince following his untimely death in 2016. The last living act to do this was Herb Alpert in 1963. Don’t pretend like you know who Herb Alpert is.

And, she’s dominating the Billboard Hot 100 as well, with 25 songs in the Hot 100 currently. All 22 of her songs from Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) made the chart in their first week or eligibility, a ridiculous feat.

Want to see her in concert this weekend in Seattle? The cheapest ticket on StubHub is going for just over $1100 on StubHub before fees as of 3:30PM Tuesday.
