Ex-Rockets Forward Terrence Jones Engages In Highly Entertaining Fight With Opponent In The Philippines Basketball Association

After securing a national championship at Kentucky and a short stint bouncing around the NBA, Terrence Jones took his talents to the Philippines Basketball Association (PBA) where he is a dominant low post force for the TNT KaTropa.

The 27-year-old, who you may remember from stomping on a homeless man in 2013, was involved in a highly entertaining physical spectacle with a member of the Phoenix Pulse this weekend.

It all started when the Pulse’s spark plug guard Calvin Abueva needlessly shoved Jones to the ground in what I like to call a FOOF (Foul Out Of Frustration). The frustration likely stemmed from Jones putting up 40 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists in the convincing win.

As Jones was getting to his feet, he appeared to whack Abueva directly in the nutsack, sending him writhing to the ground in a display that didn’t warrant that much drama.

As the teams gathered at their respective benches, Jones felt compelled to dance in an odd celebratory gesture.

Abueva didn’t take too kindly to Jones showing him up so he did what any rational man would do: clothes lined him to the fucking face.

Hey, Abueva is capable of dancing too!

After the game, Jones commented on the incident to reporters after making them remind him of who ‘Abueva’ was.

‘He’s a funny guy. He likes to get the crowd involved. And I like the entertainment part of it, but he’s lucky his teammates got him away from me when they did.”

Watch it all unfurl below.

Terrence Jones doing well: confirmed.

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
