Any human being worth his salt knows that the only way to combat bullying is to tell the bullies everything shortcoming they already know. It robs them of all their power. That’s why I walked in to home room every single day during high school and yelled out “I’m a tool who went through a Dashboard Confessional phase and harbor a crippling fear of rejection!”
Tom Brady ain’t no dummy, and he’ll be damned if he’s going to let anyone else beat him to the punch of bringing up arguably the biggest blunder of his career on the biggest stage of his career.
Today, Brady tweeted out a photo of him attempting to catch a pass in practice that may send Patriots fans into a tailspin of nightmarish deja vu.
I know your drafts are coming up so I need to let all of you know I’m a PPR threat now. pic.twitter.com/RtNJFrzV3v

Brady knew the onslaught of hate was coming his way, so he shit on himself first to control the narrative.
We’re in the trust tree here, no Super Bowl 52 jokes please.

A bully named Matthew tried diminish Tom’s self-worth, but was ineffective.
When I specifically asked you not to?

Unrelated but kinda related: Watching this recent clip of Brady running through some of the greatest throws of his career is a reminder of how transcendent the dude is.
Fun segment on ESPN's NFL Live today: From Tom Brady's interview on @TheGregHillShow, in which he talked about ranking the top 10 throws of his career, video is shown of each throw in the discussion (h/t to @uncleaaronross for the work to put it together). pic.twitter.com/flGbr9KIKf
