Props To Trevor Lawrence’s Girlfriend For Predicting Clemson’s National Championship Two Years Ago

If you thought Trevor Lawrence would be greeted at his dorm room with droves of drooling young women, well, you’re probably right. But, the 19-year-old true freshman will have to decline, as he is a committed man. The National Championship Offensive MVP has been dating college soccer player Marissa Mowry since early 2016. They seem happy.

Here are a couple pics of the two at senior prom less than 10 months before Lawrence would throw for 347 yards and three touchdowns in a 44-16 drubbing of the formidable Alabama Crimson Tide.

Mowry has proved herself to be not only a supportive girlfriend by damn near clairvoyant, as she predicted her beau and the Clemson Tigers would win the National Championship on January 10, 2017. Two years ago.

The caption reads:

Two more years then you’ll be a National Champ😉🐅 #GoTigers

The prediction is more impressive when you consider Lawrence needed to beat out Kelly Bryant, who led the Tigers to a 12-2 record, an ACC championship, and an appearance in the Sugar Bowl.

Just as a reminder to all the thirsty Clemson girls out there, I’m going to post a few pictures of the happy couple to let you know he’s off limits. Me, on the other hand, am not. Just don’t tell my girlfriend of two years.

Congrats to the happy couple. And prayers to all the college girls who are currently camped outside Trevor’s dorm room.

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
