Tyreek Hill has had an eventful week.
The league cleared the Chiefs receiver to play after it could not determine whether Hill had violated the league’s personal conduct policy, and Hill made his first public comments in months Sunday at Chiefs training camp. The three-time Pro Bowler was asked about allegations of punching his three-year-old son in the chest for crying, and Hill claimed that he was just playfully “teaching my son how to box.”
If you’re in the camp that Hill should be sidelined for a period of time, you may have gotten your wish. ESPN’s Adam Teicher reported that he was carted off the field with an injury on Tuesday.
It’s very likely that the Chiefs are erring on the side of caution with their All Pro receiver, but if it’s a knee, you never know.
UPDATE:
Put a yellow jersey on him until week 1.
