Victor Wembanyama is the next big thing in the NBA, literally.

The 7-foot-4 French teenager is the overwhelming favorite to go No. 1 overall in the 2022 NBA Draft. Wembanyama even towers over some of the league’s tallest players.

But it’s more than just his height that has NBA teams excited.

Wembanyama can put the ball on the floor, come off screens and shoot, and is continuing to develop as a passer. He’s a potentially league-altering talent and unlike any prospect that has come before him. So much so that two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo was even in awe of his talent.

This kid is going to be a problem. A big problem. I’ve never seen this before in my life. I saw him up close, he was on the same team as my brother Kostas. He’s taller than Rudy Gobert. He can block shots like Rudy, but shoot like KD. Bro, bro. Crazy, crazy. He has a good attitude. If he stays healthy, he’s going to be really good. – Giannis Antetokounmpo on Victor Wembanyama

Victor Wembanyama Meets Travis Scott And The Result Is Hilarious

Then there’s 5-foot-9 rapper Travis Scott. Scott is one of the biggest names in the rap industry these days and his Cactus Jack brand is one of the most popular on earth. His recently released “Black Phantom” Air Jordan 1 collaboration is reselling for nearly $1,000 after retailing at $150.

The “Sicko Mode” rapper met Wembanyama after attending one of his games on Saturday and looked like a tiny child standing next to the French phenom.

The top of Scott’s head barely even comes up to Wembanyama’s belly button. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think Scott was a 2-feet tall, or that Wembanyama was multiple players disguised in a trench coat.

Good luck to point guards in the NBA for the next decade-plus.
