There has now been video footage released detailing Deshaun Watson’s deposition into his 22 sexual assault lawsuits. The allegations stem back to Watson’s time with the Houston Texans, and they forced him to miss the entire 2021 NFL season.

Now, the quarterback finds himself in Cleveland after signing a massive $230 million deal with the Browns. He’s been cleared of any criminal charges, but he’s yet to be activated by the NFL for the upcoming season. The league is still in the process of conducting its own investigation.

When on the field, Watson has been one of the NFL’s top passers.

In four seasons with Houston, he threw for more than 14,000 yards. That includes the 2020 season where he led the league in passing. Unfortunately, that 2020 campaign was his last on the gridiron.

On Tuesday, footage was released on social media regarding Watson’s recent deposition. The video clip doesn’t exactly help his standing with the NFL.

Check it out below.

In the video, Watson admits to withholding information about these massage meetups from the Texans.

He’s also questioned about driving 30 minutes outside of Houston to attend a massage, bringing his own towels, and not checking in on whether these women were licensed therapists.

This is just a short clip from the deposition, so there is much more that remains unknown. Watson has denied any sexual misconduct.

The Browns hope that they can get the star passer on the field sooner rather than later. He still faces civil charges from the more than 20 women.
