Buffalo Bills star Von Miller’s pregnant girlfriend now claims he didn’t assault her despite claiming on 911 call that he had been choking her and police reporting there was bruising on her neck.

In the 911 call, obtained by WFAA News, the woman tells the 911 dispatcher that Miller was “choking me, hitting me, pulling my hair, I have bruises all over me.”

When the dispatcher asked her if she needed medical attention, she replied, “He pulled my hair out. I have, like, some blood on me, but not, like, yeah, I don’t know.”

Police then proceeded to issue warrant for Miller’s arrest on a count of third-degree felony charge of assaulting a pregnant person.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Miller’s girlfriend had “minor abrasions on her left hand and bruising on her neck. The bruises on her neck were reported to be “consistent with applied pressure to the neck.”

The incident, according to Miller’s girlfriend, stemmed from an argument that arose because she didn’t want to travel on her birthday this week.

As the argument escalated, she claimed Miller yelled at her to “get out” of their home.

As she “attempted to comply” with his request to leave, she said, Miller “began to shove and push her, all while telling her to leave from the unit.”

At another point, she claimed in her statement, Von Miller “began applying pressure around the [girlfriend’s] neck for 3 to 5 seconds before letting go.”

And at another, he “pulled her by her hair, ultimately pulling a chunk of hair out and causing her to fall to the ground.”

Miller then fled the scene before police arrived.

Glenn Heights Police Chief Nick Bristow reported Miller turned himself in to them at around 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon.

He posted a $5,000 bond and was released from custody.

Now, Von Miller’s girlfriend claims nothing happened.

“We’re fine,” she wrote in a text to WFAA News. “Things were blown way out of context. This is actually outrageous!”

She added that it was just a “huge misunderstanding” and “No one assaulted anyone. This is insane. And sad.”

In 2021, Von Miller was also investigated for an alleged domestic violence

Miller’s ex-fiancee Megan Denise made a social media post in 2021 claiming the linebacker had physically abused her.

She also released several disturbing text messages from Miller on her Instagram page where he allegedly told her that he prayed for her to have a miscarriage while she was pregnant.

Denise would, much like his current girlfriend, later claim that “at no point in our relationship was there physical abuse or violence by Von.”

As a result, he was never charged with any crime stemming from that investigation.
