Will Levis genuinely believes he is good enough to be a starting quarterback in the NFL. Although I very much admire his self-confidence, and appreciate his mindset, he proved otherwise during an open scrimmage with the Tennessee Titans on Friday.

The 27-year-old continues to put himself in bad situations that subsequently go viral on social media.

It will be interesting to see whether an NFL franchise shows any interest in Levis as a backup or even as a starter. His latest performance does not do him any favors.

Will Levis is meme.

The first three years of Will Levis’ professional football career have not gone according to plan. He was thrust into the starting job as a rookie and completed less than 60% of his passes to finish the season at 3-6. He proceeded to go 2-10 as the starter in 2024 with 12 interceptions to just 13 touchdowns and got benched. The former No. 33 overall pick, who plummeted out of the first round during a brutal NFL Draft slide, did not play at all in 2025 due to an injury.

To make matters worse, Levis went viral almost every week for all of the wrong reasons.

If that was not brutal enough, his ex-girlfriend allegedly went out to the club with his teammates on the day he was replaced as the starter, and continues to thrive as a content creator who often attends Titans games to support her cheerleader best friend. All while Levis sits on the bench. Outside of his seven-figure salary to play in the NFL, the dude cannot catch a break. It’s been a tough go thus far.

The Tennessee Titans’ open scrimmage did not go well for him.

Will Levis needs a fresh start. He currently slates as the third-string quarterback for the Titans in 2026 but trade rumors are rampant. Tennessee would love to ship him off. Levis would love the fresh start.

However, there may not be any value there. His performance at the open scrimmage on Friday was… not great.

Levis continues to hold onto the ball for way too long.

And then there was this:

The preseason has yet to begin and Levis has already made himself a meme in 2026. Meanwhile, he continues to believe there are “not 32 quarterbacks in the NFL” who are better. That is a real thing that he said in real life.

We’ll see…
