Of course, New York fans are hoping for Judge to re-sign, what will be, a massive contract. Even so, he’s likely to receive plenty of interest from other ball clubs from around the league. It really just depends on what Aaron Judge wants to do. Regardless, Derek Jeter offers his two cents on how the current Yankees star should handle free agency.

At the end of the day, it’s Judge’s decision to make. It’s kind of cool to hear Jeter acknowledge that rather than go off on a rant pitching the Yankees to Aaron Judge. Even so, Derek Jeter couldn’t help but reminisce about his situation back when he was a free agent.
You can tell the Yankees legend wants to see Judge back in New York. Especially considering the team came just one series shy of making a World Series appearance. There’s a good chance the front office acquires more help for the roster, for what is clearly already a playoff-caliber team.
