College basketball might finally be safe from the tripping feet of Grayson Allen but that doesn’t mean the rest of the NCAA should stop worrying about Duke anytime soon.
The Blue Devils managed to convince the top three recruits in the country last year to all take their talents to Durham, and opposing teams are going to have a hell of a time dealing with the likes of R. J. Barrett, Cameron Reddish, and Zion Williamson.
Williamson is probably the most intimidating of the bunch, with the 18-year-old measuring in at 6′ 6″ and 285 pounds— most of which would appear to be muscle.
Williamson first popped up on my radar when he faced off against LaMelo Ball last summer and has managed to stay there thanks to his impressive ability to continue to pump out highlights virtually every time he laces things up.
Basketball season might be a while away but the Duke boys are already at it down in North Carolina, where Williamson has been nice enough to give potential defenders time to accept they might not make it back when they step on the court to face off against him this season.
You do not want to get in this dude’s way.

I’d like to remind you that you just watched a 285-pound person who just turned old enough to buy a Juul dunk from the free-throw line. I didn’t know physics let you do that.
Of course, much like a sculpture, a sick jam needs to be looked at from multiple angles in order to be truly appreciated.
And so can @ZionW32 … crazy …. pic.twitter.com/SUj6OM7xRc

Now I guess all we have to do is wait and hope he doesn’t get Greg Odened.
