It’s summer, meaning we’re all looking for a few cold ones to toss back and soak up the sunshine with. That’s exactly what Budweiser’s limited edition Discovery Reserve does, as it supports the mission of the Folds of Honor Foundation, providing educational scholarships for spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service-members. For every 24-pack bought for the rest of the summer, Budweiser will honor our country’s heroes by donating $1 to the Folds of Honor Foundation. Pretty sweet, right?
Since 2011, Budweiser and its partners have donated nearly $16 million toward educational scholarships, amounting to more than three thousand scholarships for military families across the country. Here’s what Major Dan Rooney, founder and CEO of Folds of Honor, had to say about the mission and partnership.

As for the beer itself, it’s an American red lager, featuring a light hoppy aroma with a toasted barley malt taste, a hint of toffee and a sharp finish, so it tastes just as awesome as Budweiser’s initiative with Folds of Honor. Plus, it pays tribute to the Apollo 11 space mission — which landed on the moon 50 years ago — so you can feel as All-American as possible when sipping these bad boys.
In addition to Budweiser’s efforts with the Folds of Honor Foundation, Budweiser and Highly Clutch also teamed up with Moon Life Clothing to design a limited edition t-shirt collection to commemorate the Apollo 11 moon mission. Fittingly, these shirts are one-of-a-kind dope, and should be worn with pride.
