Nike’s dedicates March 26th as their annual Air Max Day, and they bring back classic kicks and flaunt new sneakers that use the Air Max technology. This year is no different. For Air Max Day 2018, Nike is going back to the future for the Nike Air VaporMax 97 Silver Bullet, which is a hybrid of the Air Max 97 and VaporMax models. Nike finally gave us an official sneak peek as to what the Nike Air VaporMax 97 ‘Silver Bullet’ will look like and there’s a lot to like.
Nike swapped out the traditional Air Max bubble for the newer VaporMax sole. The upper features the unforgettable original AM97 metallic silver color scheme. There are subtle highlights of varsity red and white throughout as well as black accents on the lining. The upper is constructed of leather and mesh. Nike Air VaporMax 97 Silver Bullet will be released at select Nike stores and online at some point this March and have a price tag of $190.
