Get Your First Look At New Nike SB Biggie Vs. Tupac Pack

In the early 1990s an East Coast–West Coast hip hop rivalry was born. The beef between the contrasting styles of New York and L.A. rappers exploded when a Bad Boy vs. Death Row feud erupted. These hostilities turned Biggie Smalls against Tupac Shakur, who were former friends. Tupac released “Hit ‘Em Up”, a diss track toward Biggie, and Notorious B.I.G. dropped “Who Shot Ya,” a diss track towards Pac. Both hip-hop legends were gunned down under suspicious circumstances and neither murder case has been officially solved. Now, Nike celebrates both rap pioneers with the SB Biggie Vs. Tupack pack.

Sneaker afficionado @sbcollector gives us our first look at the new Nike SB Biggie Vs. Tupack pack. There is a Notorious B.I.G. Dunk Low and a Tupac Shakur Air Force 2 Low. Both shoes are denim, with Biggie’s plaid lining and Tupac’s paisley lining paying homage to his iconic durag. There are tonal laces, gum outsoles, and a fat tongue. There is no official release date yet, but word on the street is that the Nike SB Biggie vs. Tupac Pack will launch this May.
