This Hamptons Mansion Someone Is Renting For $800,000 For The Summer Will Make You Feel Sick

Hey dude, how’s your summer going? Let me guess–hemorrhaging money on happy hours, take out, and weddings? You’re in good company my friend. Right now my bank account is tighter than an Uncle Rico spiral. So, you can imagine how happy I was to hear about some rich fuck with no concept of the term ‘budgeting’ throwing down $400,000 A MONTH to rent a mansion on the Hamptons.

Fashion mogul Elie Tahari has rented his oceanfront Sagaponack estate to an unidentified tenant for the months of July and August for a total of $800,000–over four times the median price to buy a home in the USA. For just 60 days.

Here’s Elie having an awful time in his awful life:

According to the New York Post, the home is 4,500 square feet and equipped with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on 2½ acres, features a pool and boasts 250 feet of oceanfront land.

The private master suite contains a “spa-like” bathroom with a “room-sized” shower, a six-person “pool-like” tub and a private balcony overlooking the great room.

My apartment has cockroaches and I share a bathroom with 2 other guys. I feel good about my position in life.

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
