The world went nuts when American burger chain McDonald’s announced it was (marinara) dipping into the world of pseudo-Italian-esque cooking by adding mozzarella sticks to its value menu.
“McMozzarella Mamma Mia!” We all shouted, enthusiastically and somewhat offensively.
But it appears McDonald’s first attempts have the corporation saying “mi scusa” after some of their mozzarella sticks forgot the main ingredient.
Tha Maaahh zaah rella.

Where's the cheese?😳 @McDonalds maybe stick to burgers & fries. New mozzarella sticks were a let down. #disappointed pic.twitter.com/0Pc9VL2lUy

WHERESA THA MAHHA ZAHH RELLA?
Several publications have sent inquires to McDonald’s asking just that question, but the corporation has yet to respond. Probably on one of those seven week holidays the Italians take. At least they got that part right.
