Monday was opening day for the Detroit Tigers and while the baseball team provided entertainment for fans inside the stadium there was plenty of excitement outside as well with fans brawling each other. While this surely happens at other sporting events and in other cities, it’s always more fun when it happens in Detroit.
There’s a certain identifiable grittiness.
The woman providing commentary was very excitable and Gorilla Monsoon would have been very proud of her blow-by-blow analysis. The question that is still waiting to be answered is she really ignorant?
It would have been nice if someone would have turned off their car alarm during this so we could hear more of the analysis provided by the lovely woman who we never saw but heard plenty of.
You could tell that some of these street brawlers have watched a little pro-wrestling in their day. I’m pretty sure I saw a curb stomp and an attempt to put someone in the sharpshooter.
