Here I was, sitting here thinking that it was common knowledge that well-hydrated urine is mostly clear. I guess I was wrong since the Texas Longhorns football program felt it was necessary to hang a chart of healthy urine colors in their locker room. If you live a normal life then this chart is probably accurate. That said, darker piss could just be a sign of too much vitamin C. Or, if you’re entering the #8 range, you might be looking at the wrong hole. Because that’s nasty.
