Tony Romo Bids Farewell To Cowboys Fans In An Emotional Video

By now, you’ve probably heard that the Cowboys are planning on releasing their prized quarterback Tony Romo. According to the most recent reports by ESPN, Tony Romo is now expected to be traded rather than released by the Dallas Cowboys, with both the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans being potential trade partners.

Regardless, the man whose known no other team in his 14-year career will be sporting a different jersey next year. The four-time Pro Bowler took to his social media accounts to bid thanks to his fans.

Hey everyone. I just wanted to come to tell you it’s been a crazy 48 hours here. Me and my family have felt the outpouring of love and support from you. It’s been overwhelming and you know it doesn’t go unnoticed. So I want to say thank you and we have a lot to think about here going forward but we’ll see what happens. Until it happens going to keep on listening to Bob Dylan.

Prescott better not have a sophomore slump or Cowboys fans are going to be more depressed than they already are…

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
