All of our dreams came true on Monday night when LaVar Ball FINALLY went full WWE and appeared with The Miz during his segment on Monday Night Raw. (Okay, maybe it was just my dream, but it doesn’t make it any less amazing.)

During LaVar’s segment, accompanied by his sons LaMelo and Lonzo Ball, LaVar proceeded to denigrate The Miz, take his shirt off, dance around the ring and pretty much go full LaVar. The whole thing was a hot mess and it was perfect. All except for one small thing: when LaVar’s son LaMelo dropped the N-word on the live television audience.

Of course, many people loved it, regardless of how un-PC it was, or perhaps because it was so un-PC in the WWE’s new PG Era. WWE themselves, however, were not among those were enjoyed it, issuing this statement, reports the Los Angeles Times

“The inappropriate language used by a guest during the ‘Miz TV’ segment was not scripted nor reflects WWE’s values.”

WWE also released an edited version of LaVar’s appearance on their YouTube channel (unedited version here)…

All that being said, you just KNOW that Vince McMahon was sitting there in the back licking his chops at the prospect of the Ball family showing up at WWE’s next pay-per-view.

Freaking LaVar. He’s gone from absolute nuisance to my new favorite heel in the world. Maybe he really does know what he’s doing. (Still can’t nor never could beat MJ though.)
