14 Celebrity Lookalikes Who Could Easily Pass For One Another

There are dozens of celebrities who share such a strong resemblance that we are forced to question if anyone has ever seen them in the same room and if it is all just a ruse and the same actor pretending to be two people. I’m talking, of course, about the prominent celebrity lookalikes throughout Hollywood.

While there have been numerous lists of celebrity lookalikes and doppelgangers throughout the years, I recently had to do a double take after seeing a pair of the celebrities below and felt it was my civic duty to compile this list of 14 celebrity lookalikes (28 celebs in total), so you all would not make the same confused mistake I did.

14 Celebrity Lookalikes: 26 Stars Who Share A Striking Resemblance

First up we have a comedian and a musician. By and large, the celebrity lookalikes below are actors but some are musicians. In a few instances there are large age gaps but scroll on and all will be revealed!

1. Will Ferrell and Chad Smith

Will Ferrell and Chad Smith share such a striking resemblance that they could easily pass for one another and I’m sure on occasions they have. Back in 2021, they met up on The Tonight Show wearing identical outfits and had a drum-off.

2. Jeremy Allen White and Gene Wilder

Here we have the first of three celebrity lookalikes with a massive age gap. The Bear star Jeremy Allen White is a dead ringer for the late great Gene Wilder. Gene passed away in 2016 and should the powers that be ever want to do a biopic on his life they need to look no further than Jeremy Allen White.

3. Timothée Chalamet and Natalia Dyer

This one is wild. Actors Timothée Chalamet and Natalia Dyer could be fraternal twins. Take away the hair and just focus on the face and it is like they are looking in a mirror.

4. James Brolin and Christian Bale

I had to do a double take when looking at images of young James Brolin, father of Josh Brolin, because I thought I was staring at Christian Bale. Does it matter that they’re ages are separated by decades? Not really. They both have the looks of leading stars and could be twins in another life.

5. Demi Moore and Jennifer Connelly

This one caught me off guard. I’ve never seen Demi Moore and Jennifer Connelly side-by-side until I put together that collage above and yup, they’re basically twins. Both have aged with perfection.

6. Russell Crowe and Gerard Butler

Years ago I was at a Cannes Film Festival party held at the Hotel du Cap Eden Rock in Antibes, France and happened to see Gerard Butler and Russell Crowe having a conversation. So I can confirm that they both exist and it’s not just one person pretending to be the other. Was that the best party of my life? Perhaps. But that’s a story for another day.

7. Natalie Portman and Kiera Knightley

There was a time in the early 2000s, between the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and the Star Wars prequels both taking over the film industry, that these two were among the biggest names in Hollywood. Interestingly, even as they aged over the decades the resemblance stayed the same. These ladies would pass for twins if they weren’t so famous.

8. Margot Robbie and Jamie Pressly

I dare say this might be the most perfect / textbook example of a celebrity lookalike / celebrity doppelganger in existence. They are spitting images of each other. Margot Robbie‘s had an insanely successful career in recent years and I like to think that Jamie Pressly’s work in Joe Dirt and My Name Is Earl paved the way for all that to happen.

9. Jessica Chastain and Bryce Dallas Howard

The resemblance of Jessica Chastain and Bryce Dallas Howard has caused me headaches in the past. I remember passing one of these lovely ladies on the street years ago when I still lived in SoHo and to this day I am not sure which one I saw. They’re carbon copies of on another.

10. Josh Duhamel and Timothy Olyphant

Elizabeth Banks is one of my favorite actresses of all-time. Her role as Avery Jessup in 30 Rock and time on Scrubs were just the tip of the iceberg. She has been ruling Hollywood for years. And that has all been happening while looking like her identical twin Chelsea Handler.

12. Mick Jagger and Harry Styles

If and when the Rolling Stones tee up a biopic there is nobody on earth who should play Mick Jagger other than Harry Styles. Harry looks more like a young Mick Jagger than Mick looks like himself. The resemblance is truly surreal.

13. Isla Fisher and Amy Adams

For years I thought Hollywood was toying with us all and these were the same actress. Alas, Isla Fisher and Amy Adams are very much not the same person and are both incredibly talented and successful. I guess I just suffer from face blindness with these two.

Last but not least we have two A-List stars who have both been Kings of Hollywood for the past 50+ years. They share such a striking resemblance the two were cast together in the 1988 film Twins where Arnold goes in search of his long lost brother. The casting couldn’t have been more perfect.
