Swimsuit-Clad Amber Heard Seen Getting Cozy With Elon Musk In Johnny Depp’s Private Penthouse Elevator
Two people very thankful that they are not quarantined with each other are Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The couple have already been through a viciously bitter divorce and are currently battling each other in court as Depp has sued Heard for $50 million, which will not be thrown out despite attempts by the actress. Surveillance video has been released showing Amber Heard getting quite cozy with Elon Musk.
CCTV recordings from the elevator of Johnny Depp’s private penthouse show Heard in a swimsuit cuddling up to Elon Musk. The two celebrities are getting cozy in the elevator of a luxury apartment in downtown Los Angeles that was owned by Depp. Johnny actually owned five penthouses in the Eastern Columbia Building, but after the divorce with Heard, he sold them for a combined selling price of $10.88 million.
Heard, who lived in the penthouse up until December of 2016, was caught on video with the Tesla founder. The Daily Mail published photos of Musk and Heard getting snuggly in the elevator.
The CCTV video did not have any timestamps, and there is no indication when the Heard and Musk got together. The Daily Mail reports that “security guards have previously gone on record to state that Musk visited Heard on multiple occasions before and after she filed for divorce in May 2016.”
Eastern Columbia Building employees reportedly testified that Heard had Musk as a “late at night guest at Mr. Depp’s penthouse.”
“Only one calendar month after Mr. Depp and Ms. Heard were married–while Mr. Depp was out of the country, filming in March 2015–Eastern Columbia Building personnel testified that Ms. Heard received Musk ‘late at night’ at Mr. Depp’s penthouse,” according to court documents. “Specifically, Ms. Heard asked staff at the Eastern Columbia Building to give her ‘friend Elon’ access to the building’s parking garage and the penthouse elevator ‘late at night,’ and they testified that they did so. Building staff would then see Ms. Heard’s ‘friend Elon’ leaving the building the next morning.”
Security guards at the building said Musk visited Heard “on multiple occasions” both before and after she filed for divorce in May of 2016.
Musk’s spokesperson said that the couple’s “relationship didn’t become romantic until some time later” than May 2016.
The SpaceX CEO wasn’t the only celebrity that Heard invited to Depp’s penthouse. Last July, a video emerged showing James Franco leaning on each other in the elevator. The video, which has a timestamp of May 22, 2016, around 11:00 PM, shows a barefooted Heard riding the elevator to a lower floor to allow Franco in. Heard and Franco both get off at the penthouse floor.
Both Hollywood stars seem to be very cognizant of the elevator camera and hide their faces and try not to get too close, but eventually Heard backs up to Franco, and he rests his head on her shoulder.
Johnny Depp sent a subpoena to James Franco after surveillance video was released, and his legal team has called him a “witness.”
On Friday, Amber Heard lost her legal bid Friday to get Depp’s $50 million defamation suit thrown out of court, according to the Daily Mail. A judge rejected Heard’s motion to dismiss the defamation lawsuit.
Depp filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Heard after she wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post about being a victim of domestic violence. Heard did not name Depp or anyone else specifically in the article that was published four months following her divorce to the Pirates of the Caribbean actor.
The court case is scheduled to be heard in August.
