Going to Applebee’s doesn’t usually end in a showdown with the staff.

But according to TikTok creator Lorna Robinson, also known online as Big Mommey (@bigmommey), that’s exactly what happened during her recent visit.

In a video that’s racked up over 164,000 views, Robinson films herself being asked to leave the Applebee’s after allegedly flirting with a man who was there with his partner.

The Situation Escalates Fast

“I’m recording this because this is not right,” Robinson says at the start of the video, before the server informs her she’ll need to leave.

According to the server, Robinson touched “someone’s man,” and it upset his partner, leading to a commotion.

Robinson doesn’t deny the interaction. Instead, she insists, “He wanted me to touch him.” She adds that they were smiling at each other, and she gave him “a nice little touch.”

The server tells her the issue isn’t just the partner being upset. It’s that the incident has created a disruption in the restaurant.

Robinson, however, doesn’t back down. At one point, she asks the server, “Where your man at? I’ll touch your man.”

Eventually, the server tells her she won’t be served and says an officer may have to escort her out.

That’s when Robinson’s tone changes. “The police?” she asks. “Oh, s—.”

Real Or Staged?

It’s unclear how much of the incident was genuine.

While Robinson filmed the entire thing and presents it as real, commenters noted that this isn’t the first time she’s posted something similar. In fact, Robinson has previously told the media that her confrontational videos are staged with people who’ve agreed to be part of the scene. That might explain the calm tone between them.

Still, whether scripted or not, the video sparked plenty of reactions online.

Commenters React

In the comments, users were divided. Some questioned how the situation was handled by staff, while others doubted the authenticity of the whole thing.

Several people felt the server shouldn’t have been the one delivering the bad news.

“That’s the manager’s job to tell people to leave, not the server,” one person wrote.

Another agreed, adding, “The manager was wrong for making the waitress do this.”

“U know it’s bad when Applebee’s kicks u out—literally we never kick anyone out,” said a third.

Others weren’t convinced that any of it was real. “Staged,” one person said bluntly.

But Big Mommey responded with a simple, “Nope.”
