Former Jackass star Bam Margera has had a rough go of it lately.
In January, Margera entered rehab for the third time. Then he left after just 10 days.
In March, Margera entered a behavorial facility after videos surfaced of him publicly going off on his tour manager and his wife Nicole.

This past weekend, he was kicked off a Southwest flight after berating an airport police officer.
Then Margera posted a disturbing series of Instagram videos saying, among other things, that he “disowned his mom” and “can’t stand” his wife, who he said might be causing him to lose his mind.
Margera also said he “almost died the other day” and asked Dr. Phil for help, which was accepted.
According to TMZ, after his 3-hour meeting with Dr. Phil on Monday, Margera is now headed back to rehab for what is expected to be a 60 to 90 day stay.
Sources with direct knowledge of the conversation tell us it was a very emotional sit down, with Bam tearing up several times. We’re told things came to a “boiling point” when Bam’s wife, Nikki, joined Dr. Phil. Bam confronted Nikki about what he considers her “extreme stubbornness” … according to our sources.
We’re told Bam’s mother also participated in the session — and she and Nikki asked Phil for help identifying what kind of substances Bam was abusing.
Margera’s mom April spoke with TMZ and told them that Bam’s loved ones are at the “end of our rope.”
TMZ also reported that Dr. Phil’s session with Margera will air next month when the new season of his show premieres, because of course it will.
