Tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson has made quite the name for himself in recent years during his pursuit of age reversal. After selling his payment processing startup to PayPal for ~$800 million in 2013, he could have simply retired and lived his life off the grid but that was never in the cards for him. Instead, he’s trying to cheat death.
Bryan Johnson is famously spending over $2 million each year in the pursuit of age reversal, anti-aging, and longevity, or whatever people are calling it this week. He has one of the strictest daily regimens of any human being alive, he documents everything, and publishes his results for everyone to see.
Bryan Johnson Comes To Hilariously Simple Conclusions After Spending Millions To Reverse Aging
Now real quick before we get to the list, I’d like to point out that Bryan has been on a heater lately on X. He recently has a post with 9.3 MILLION impressions when he decided it was a good idea to post that he had engaged in oral with his wife. As if that wasn’t weird enough, he then proceeded to post about the microbiome of her anatomy. A few days later, he went viral by revealing he had undergone testing and had zero microplastics in his testes. Completely normal stuff, right?
Back to the list… After spending an untold fortune (some sites report up to $400 million), Bryan Johnson posted a list this week with the header “everything learned spending millions on longevity.”
I’m quite healthy. I have abs, around 12% body fat, compete in triathlons, and thus people in my life ask me quite frequently for health advice. The general tips I have are sleep and recovery is essential to muscle and fitness growth, not optional. Drink more water. Try and eat 5 different fruits and vegetables each day. Consistency is key… It’s not rocket science!
Bryan Johnson has been spending millions annually to cheat death and reverse aging. Surely his list of everything he has learned will be revolutionary, right? Via X, here is what Bryan Johnson wrote:

This feels like one of those 10-figure contracts that corporate consultants land to spend 18 months compiling a report that ultimately says ‘this department is doing fine, let them keep doing what they’re doing.’
If you want to lose weight and build muscle, check out my recent articles on MacroFactor and MactorFactor Workouts. I lost ~50 pounds last year and at nearly 42-years-old I’m in the best shape of my life. I genuinely didn’t think that being in incredible shape was in the cards for me until I found MacroFactor and it changed my life.
Recently, Johnson has also started dabbling in magic mushrooms as a way to pursue longevity further. His work there has been intriguing to say the least. Here is our latest article on that.
