Final ‘Falcon and Winter Soldier’ Trailer Teases More Traditionally Epic MCU Action

Falcon and the winter soldier

Disney+

In an alternate, far better universe, the much more traditional, buddy cop-oriented, Captain America-mourning The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was set to be the first Marvel Cinematic Universe series to hit Disney+ instead of the considerably more eccentric WandaVision.

Despite the delay, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is now finally here, as the first episode of the season is set to hit Disney+ on Friday, March 19. Check out the final trailer, which teases more traditionally epic Marvel Cinematic Universe action, below.

Here’s the official synopsis for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, via Disney:

“Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and the Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson aka The Falcon, and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier. The pair, who came together in the final moments of Avengers: Endgame, team up on a global adventure that tests their abilities– and their patience.”

In addition to Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier also stars Daniel Bruhl as Helmut Zemo, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, and Wyatt Russell as John F. Walke, a.k.a U.S. Agent. Also set to appear in the series is Don Cheadle’s War Machine, which we exclusively reported on back in February.

The series is one of many to hit Disney+ this year. Following WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Disney+ will release Loki, Ms. Marvel, and Hawkeye later this year.
