The Tate brothers are being accused of lying about their prison conditions.

Last week, Andrew Tate took to social media to complain about his prison conditions after being arrested over human trafficking in the UK.

Tate specifically complained about not being able to buy food from the commissary.

“This is punitive housing for people who murder their cellmates”

“No commissary, no phone calls, no yard time.”

“The worst possible conditions the US gov provides to terrorists and psychopaths.”

Tate’s lawyer Joe McBride also made the same allegations during a podcast appearance.

“They’re being punished cruel and unusually,” McBride said during a podcast. “They’re not eating right, drinking right, or sleeping right.”

On Tuesday, the Department of Justice released receipts showing that both Tate brothers have been able to use thousand of dollars in the prison commissary.

As of Aug. 5, Tristan had a $2,583 account balance, while Andrew had $3,564. The receipts are particularly notable because Andrew previously claimed from behind bars that he had no access to the commissary at all.
