Pardon my paraphrasing of Detective James Gordon, but this guy who stopped by a vegan protest with a bucket of KFC chicken and began chowing down on some bird is my new Batman.
The video of the anonymous hero, posted Monday on TikTok by KenJake Lamar, shows the vegan activist group Anonymous for the Voiceless holding one of their “Cube Of Truth” protests wearing masks and railing against eating meat outside Sydney, Australia’s town hall.

As video screens being held by the protesters displayed footage of animals being slaughtered, our man is spotted thoroughly digging the Colonel’s 11 herbs and spices.

So far the clip has been watched over 2 million times, with over 269,000 likes and 2,400 comments – most of which hail the man as a hero to meat-eaters everywhere.
Not everyone was impressed, however.
“Why do people think it’s cool to lack empathy for other lives and then make fun of people that actually care? I’m genuinely curious,” wrote commenter.
“Am I the only one who doesn’t find this funny?” wrote another.

Meanwhile, a commenter who totally gets it wrote, “Very childish. He’s peacefully eating chicken, and whether you agree with him or not, they should be respectful.”
