Alden Ehrenreich, star of the forthcoming Solo: A Star Wars Story, is 28-years-old. Harrison Ford originally played Ehrenreich’s character in the film, Han Solo, 41 years to the day (May 25, 1977) that Ehrenreich’s movie comes out. So if Harrison Ford wants to crash anything Alden Ehrenreich is doing these days and troll him in front of the media he has earned that right.

As we already saw with Ryan Gosling during promotion of Blade Runner 2049, Harrison Ford has zero trouble messing with an actor he respects and completely derailing an interview in the name of having a good time.

So, naturally, as Alden Ehrenreich was giving an interview to Entertainment Tonight, and just got through admitting that the only advice he got from Ford was “If anyone asks, tell them that I told you everything that you needed to know, and that you’re not allowed to say a word,” he appears and shocks the hell out of Ehrenreich.

“You’re shitting me. Oh, my God,” says Ehrenreich when realizes Ford is standing next to him, trailed by a laughing Ron Howard.

“Get out of my chair! Get out of my life!” Ford jokingly tells Ehrenreich before heaping praise upon the actor and saying he was just in the neighborhood for “an old timer’s convention.”

Here’s a different look, which also includes Woody Harrelson’s great reaction to watching Harrison Ford suprise Ehrenreich.

Good stuff.
