Sports media personality Kay Adams is gearing up for the NFL Draft tonight, but according to a recent post on her Twitter account, she’s facing some “draft day adversity.”

Apparently “eating and drinking too much” for her recent 37th birthday, Adams posted a video of her struggling to zip the back of her shirt, presumably prior to going on air to host some NFL Draft coverage, which will be kicking off tonight from Kansas City’s Union Station with the first round.

This certainly isn’t the first time that Adams has gone viral in recent weeks, as we last wrote about her at the start of the month when she accidentally sprayed herself in the face with champagne when she was live on the air hosting her FanDuelTV show Up & Adams.

Prior to her job of hosting Up & Adams at FanDuel, Adams previously hosted the staple NFL Network series Good Morning Football from 2016 to 2022.

Thanks to her time as the host of Good Morning Football — which is basically the NFL Network’s in-house version of The Today Show meets SportsCenter — Adams has become one of the biggest sports media personalities in the country, as she currently has over 500,000 followers on Twitter and over 400,000 followers on Instagram.

Adams’ popularity has led to her interviewing some of the biggest stars in the world of sports, such as Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Rodgers, Von Miller, Pat McAfee, and more.

In recent months, Adams’ interviews with NBA insider Shams Charnia have been going particularly viral given the obvious chemistry between the two, with one of his appearances even resulting in the phrase “rizz god” trending on Twitter.

As mentioned above, the 2023 NFL Draft — held at Union Station in Kansas City — will begin on Thursday, April 27 with the first round. The draft will then continue on Friday, April 28 with the second and third rounds before concluding with rounds four through seven on Saturday, April 29.
