The very public and long-running flirtation between Hot Ones host Sean Evans and Nope actress Keke Palmer reached a fever pitch earlier this week after the former appeared on the latter’s podcast for an extremely flirty interview. The chemistry between the two has people on social media declaring they may actually have feelings for each other.
The flirtation between Sean Evans and Keke Palmer has been ongoing for years now. Palmer was one of the earliest guests on Hot Ones — an appearance that later caused Evans to declare on Chicken Shop Date that she’s “very charming” and has been his favorite guest.
Palmer got wind of Evans’ compliment and during a subsequent appearance on Hot Ones’ “Versus” show, Palmer gave Evans a shoutout and blew a kiss to the camera.
It all culminated in Palmer’s most recent appearance on Hot Ones in 2025, which saw the show end with the pair kissing each other.

Earlier this week, Evans appeared on Palmer’s Baby, This Is Keke Palmer podcast and the chemistry between the pair was once again palpable, leading social media to begin to suspect they may legitimately have feelings for each other.

Palmer is currently promoting her new film I Love Boosters, which hit theaters on May 22. Later this year, she’ll have a voice role in The Angry Birds Movie 3, and will be starring in Spaceballs: The New One in 2027. She’s also attached to the film Lottery, which was announced in April.
