Marijuana isn’t yet federally legalized, but, in many U.S. states, it’s either legal or decriminalized, meaning plenty of people out there are getting their hands on all the different products in the booming market. Seriously, from flower to cartridges to edibles, it seems like new and experienced users are trying to scoop up as many different things as possible to try for themselves, seeing which ones are most liked.

However, we all know that there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to spending habits on marijuana products, meaning there’s no way to know what’s popular in one state as opposed to another. Well, at least we thought there wasn’t a way of tracking this info — but new data from a company called LeafLink has changed that.

LeafLink, a technology company that also boasts the largest online marketplace for wholesale marijuana, dug deep to gather information on spending habits of cannabis users in the top-12 U.S. states, which included Puerto Rico. The company identified things such as the top-3 categories of cannabis being sold and the fastest growing category in these states, as well as identifying some unique products that are only produced in each one of those territories. The entire information is impressive, so here are some highlights from each of the states studied.
