Emilio Garcia, a cameraman who claims to have worked for rapper Megan Thee Stallion, is suing the 29-year-old for harassment. As for how Garcia says he was harassed, he claims Megan Thee Stallion “had sex with another woman” while he was in the car with the pair.

According to the suit, the incident that allegedly occurred in Ibiza in June 2022 saw the rapper, real name Megan Jovon Ruth Pete, having sex with a woman “right beside” Garcia after a night out.

Garcia claims to have worked for Stallion as a personal cameraman from July 2018 to June 2023.

“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct,” Garcia’s attorney Ron Zambrano said in a statement. “Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. ‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal.”

In addition to harassment, Garcia is also alleging instances of “a hostile work environment, failure to prevent and remedy harassment, and various labor code violations.” Alongside of Stallion, Roc Nation, Hot Girl Touring, and Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment Inc. have also been named as defendants in the suit.

Stallion has become one of the biggest acts in rap in recent years, having won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2020 following the release of her album Good News. Stallion’s second studio album Traumazine was released in 2023. This summer, she will be embarking on her first-ever headlining tour, the Hot Girl Summer Tour.

Stallion is best known for the songs “Hot Girl Summer”, “Savage” (and the remix with Beyonce), “WAP” alongside Cardi B, “Sweetest Pie” with Dua Lipa, “Body”, and more.
