The Pentagon has released a new set of UFO files that add more detail to some long-standing mysteries. Among the revelations are reports of a black triangular craft seen near U.S. military sites and claims about alien bodies recovered from the infamous Roswell incident of 1947.

This latest disclosure includes 28 documents released by the Department of War and the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, which studies UFOs.

“Today, the Department of War is publishing the seventh release of declassified and historical Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) files as part of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE). The collection continues to be housed on WAR.GOV/UFO, and the Department will release additional files on a rolling basis,” Assistant to the Secretary of War for Public Affairs and Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell said in a statement.

Federal agents reported a mysterious triangular craft

One startling report comes from recent events: federal special agents spotted a strange triangular craft in June. The incident happened near a national security site in the western United States.

The object had a matte surface and measured 9 to 15 feet wide. What stood out was the lack of engines or any propulsion system. The craft rose vertically 200 to 300 feet, then stopped, hovering motionless for about 20 seconds.

Then the craft moved in a way that defies physics. It accelerated rapidly, disappearing into a canyon in just seconds. It made no sound, and recording devices picked up nothing.

The object reportedly traveled about 1.5 miles in less than three seconds. Investigators searched the area thoroughly and found no wreckage, debris or any signs of a crash. The Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office said the case still needs further investigation.

Another report of alien bodies and a craft being recovered in Roswell

Another document in the release has reignited interest in the Roswell crash. The files include a sworn statement from Walter Haut, who was the public information officer at the Roswell airfield in 1947. He was the man who originally announced that the military had recovered a “flying disc.”

In a 2002 affidavit, Haut claimed he personally saw an egg-shaped craft inside a secured hangar. He described it as being 12 to 15 feet long. No wings, windows or landing gear were visible. What made it more shocking were his claims about the bodies.

Haut said two small bodies were lying nearby, covered by a sheet. He believed they were not human and thought they were aliens. He also claimed that the wreckage and the bodies were stored in “Building 84.” Last year, a massive fire occurred just south of that building at the Roswell Air Center in New Mexico.

“I am convinced that what I personally observed was some type of craft and its crew from outer space,” he stated.

The latest Roswell report matches several other earlier claims

The U.S. Air Force previously said the Roswell wreckage was from Project Mogul, a secret program that used high-altitude balloons to monitor Soviet nuclear tests. Earlier this month, former Pentagon UFO investigator Jay Stratton claimed aliens were recovered alive from the crash in 1947, but later died after refusing food and human contact.

Luis “Lue” Elizondo, former director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), David Grusch, an Air Force veteran and former official with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and Dr. Eric Davis, an astrophysicist who worked with the Pentagon’s UFO program, have all also made similar claims.
