3 Cocktail Recipes Perfect For Any Thanksgiving Feast

Thanksgiving is arguably the biggest food holiday of the year. There’s turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and countless other items we will inevitably shove into our faces. It is a glorious feast. Here at BroBible, we want to make sure we’re not neglecting another very important part of the holiday. The drinks!

Sure you can pop open bottles of wine, seasonal beers, or just swill on your usual mixed drink of choice. But why not change it up? After all, everyone loves walking into a holiday party and getting slapped in the face with a signature cocktail. It’s festive. And it takes all the thinking out of the equation. It’s a holiday, no one wants to make decisions, big or small. So make it for them.

With that in mind, here are 3 cocktail recipes perfect for thanksgiving.

Apple Cider Hot Toddy Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 ounces (¼ cup) of Bourbon
  • Serves 1

How to prepare:

  • Combine in small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-low heat
  • Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Remove from heat, and pour in 2 ounces (¼ cup) of Bourbon of your choice
  • Serve immediately by the fireplace

 

Cranberry Moscow Mule

  • 2 oz. of Cranberry Juice
  • 2 oz. of Vodka
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 3 oz. ginger beer
  • 1 package whole cranberries
  • Serves 1

How to prepare:

  • Combine cranberry juice, vodka & lime juice in a glass filled with ice
  • Top off with ginger beer, whole cranberries, and garnish with a lime wedge.

 

Spiced Rum Coffee

  • 6 ounces of hot black coffee
  • 2 ounces of Spiced Rum
  • 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Serves 1

How to prepare:

  • Combine hot coffee, rum, and simple syrup in a pre-warmed mug
  • Add whipped cream and fresh nutmeg to taste
