  • More is being learned about the Astroworld tragedy that killed eight people with each passing day.
  • A new report indicates that Travis Scott went to a Dave & Busters following the concert that took the lives of eight people and injured dozens more.
  • Both Travis Scott and Drake have been personally named as defendants in one of the many lawsuits that have been filed.

With every new report that comes out about the Astroworld tragedy that took the lives of eight people and injured dozens more, rapper Travis Scott looks worse and worse.

According to a report from TMZ, following the deadly crowd surge that killed eight people — all of which were younger than the age of 30 — Scott then went to a nearby Dave & Busters chain restaurant for a party hosted by Drake. Both Scott and Drake have been named in lawsuits filed in response to the tragedy.

A source connected to the rapper told TMZ that he was never notified about the deaths and injuries that occurred. As a result, Travis left the premises and headed to a nearby Dave & Buster’s for a party that was hosted by Drake. “Travis didn’t know the severity of the situation when he arrived at the party,” the source told TMZ. “As far as timing, this remains consistent with the fact that no one including the police had publicly confirmed the gravity of the events that had taken place.” [via Uproxx]

These reports come after it’s already been confirmed that Scott performed for an additional 37 minutes after the city of Houston declared that the concert was a “mass casualty event.” At this time, the investigation into what exactly happened continues.
