The NFL has revealed that artist Usher will take center stage as the headliner for the highly anticipated 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show.

The event is scheduled for February 11, 2024, and will mark a historic moment as it takes place at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium, the first time the NFL’s Super Bowl will be hosted in the entertainment capital of the world.

Usher, originally from Atlanta, expressed his enthusiasm for this monumental opportunity.

In a statement, Usher said, “It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list. I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before. Thank you to the fans and everyone who made this opportunity happen. I’ll see you real soon.”

With a long career spanning decades, Usher boasts an impressive musical legacy with 18 top 10 hits on the Hot 100, including nine chart-toppers such as “Yeah!”, “U Got It Bad,”, “My Boo” and “OMG”.

While Usher’s performance is supposed to be the highlight of the event, no official announcements regarding other performers have been made yet.

Typically, organizers wait until closer to the Super Bowl to unveil the full lineup of artists set to grace the stage.

Notably, last year’s Halftime Show, Rihanna delivered a memorable solo performance, with the surprise revelation that she was expecting a child, and she did an amazing job.
