Walmart hasn’t been in this big of a pickle since that teen Walmart employee went viral for quitting over the intercom, and ravaging the entire multinational retail corporation’s structure and culture in his wake.

Melin Jones of Missouri went to Walmart to buy her 2-year-old daughter, Elizabeth, a birthday cake. Instead, she got Elizabeth something that money can’t buy: tough love.

The two-year-old cannot read yet, which kind of reinforces the statement on the cake.

Melin explains how the mixup happened on Facebook:

My daughters name is Elizabeth , we call her Liz and her nickname is Lizard. I got her a cake at Walmart for her birthday . I told the lady to write “Happy Birthday Lizard . “ few mins later she hands me the cake , I without looking at it (don’t ask why , legit don’t know why I didn’t look 🙈🙈🙈) put it in the cart and go checkout . As I’m unloading the car when we get home I look at the cake and noticed she put “Happy Birthday loser “ 🤣😅😭Apparently she heard me wrong . I was pissed then but man it’s funny now . The picture of my daughter looking at the cake kills me every time . She ended up getting a new cake and I ate every bit of that loser cake .”

Hey Liz, look on the bright side, enjoy the birthday’s while you’re young. When you get older, all you have to look forward to is a pair of work socks and your grandmother asking why you’re not married yet. Life comes at you fast.
