Helen Sloane/HBO / Warner Bros. / Focus Features

Now that it is finally starting to warm up let’s not get too carried away and start doing crazy things like going outside. Not when we still have so many good shows and movies still to watch. After all, April showers are the perfect excuse to stay indoors and watch the latest additions to our favorite online streaming services.

Speaking of our favorite online streaming services, here’s what’s new for the month of April 2019 on HBO Go and HBO Now.

April brings the HBO Films premiere of Native Son based on the classic novel by Richard Wright, Gentleman Jack, a new drama series from BAFTA-winning writer Sally Wainwright, and the season 2 return of Wyatt Cenac’s Problem Areas, which follows comedian and writer Wyatt Cenac as he explores America’s most pressing issues.

In celebration of Autism Awareness Month, all six parts of On Tour with Asperger’s Are Us will be available on HBO NOW.

We can also catch some great films premiering this month on HBO including Crazy Rich Asians, BlacKkKlansman, The Nun, and The Darkest Minds.

Plus, it’s your last chance to catch Wonder Woman, The Greatest Showman, and Pitch Perfect 3 before they leave the service at the end of the month.

Other departing titles include 2017’s The Mummy, Lowriders, Father Figures, Mean Girls, and Once Upon a Time in Mexico.
