I get it. Women hate when they see guys manspreading on public transportation. It’s a giant pimple on the butt of society, or something. Heck, we’ve even covered it on this site four times since 2014.

Four years, and yet somehow, guys are still manspreading!
Well, 20-year-old Russian law student slash social activist Anna Dovgalyuk has had enough.
To combat this scourge, she created a video which shows a woman pouring bleach on men’s crotches if they are manspreading on the train. Because destruction of personal property really is the best way to get your message across.
“This is my new video manifesto, dedicated to the problem of manspreading,” Dovgalyuk explains in the video. “Men demonstrating their alpha-manhood in the subway with women and children around deserve contempt. If you publicly show what kind of macho you are, we will publicly cool you off!”
According to the video, 70 men got soaked in the groing with a bleach solution that’s “30 times more concentrated than the mixture used by housewives when doing laundry. It eats colors on the fabric in a matter of minutes, leaving indelible stains.”
“We not only cooled the manspreaders down, but also marked them with identification spots!” states the video, “So, everyone can immediately understand which body part controls the behavior of these men.”
According to The Daily Mail, a Russian news outlet claimed she used actors for the video, but she denied it, while also claiming no one had sued her so far.
“I don’t think people are going to go to the police to file a report about jeans,” said Dovgalyuk.
Well, I guess that makes it okay then. After all, this is the same woman who also created a video of a woman lifting up her skirt in public to protest upskirting, which also seemed completely logical.
Surely, this was no way a publicity stunt just to get her more attention, right?
