Amanda Bynes Might Be Returning To Nickelodeon According To A New Report We Want To Believe

Remember when all people could talk about was Amanda Bynes and how her life had turned into a dumpster fire of crazy?

It’s been around three years since we really talked about her so in internet time that’s what, like a decade? So if you forgot about Bynes and her tribulations here’s a photo to remind you of those days of yore.

Now that you’re all caught back up we have some good news that we really hope is true. Amanda Bynes is reportedly being pursued by her old bosses at Nickelodeon.

Reports Page Six…

We’re told that TV insiders are trying to get Amanda Bynes back on Nickelodeon — the network that launched her career as a child star, before her massive public breakdown.

A source said producers have been “trying to reach” Bynes — who recently completed a second year at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Orange County — to come up with an idea for a new show with her.

We’re told the hope is that they could find a way to “work with her again in a positive and healthy way. She has a tremendous amount of talent.”

That… would be pretty awesome and one hell of a comeback if true.

You might recall that it was right after Bynes seemed to get her life back under control was she enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising after initially saying she wanted to attend USC as a psych major.

Since then we’ve hardly heard a peep out of Bynes and near as I can tell from following her on social media that is a very good thing.
