It’s time again for the ‘Things We Want’ round up of the best gear for men. It’s my weekly collection of the hottest gear I’ve come across from new releases to auctions, and practical to ultimate luxury items.
This weekly gear guide consists of Gear I desperately want in my life to things I’ll never be able to afford, I try and include a cross-section of everything here in the ‘Things We Want‘ roundup. I try to include all of the coolest and hottest gear of 2018 but sometimes things slip through the cracks.

Want to own one of the most iconic garments in pop culture? Hugh Hefner’s bespoke red smoking jacket is up for auction. You can bid on it below over on Julien’s Auctions (auction ends 11/30/2018). I will be ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED if this doesn’t get purchased by the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas or somewhere similar, but you can still try and own a piece of Hollywood history. It’s bidding estimate is set between $3,000-$5,000 and I have to believe that it will sell for a lot more than that.

Bitcoin-Only ‘Big Bang’ Hublot Watch
Is this a gimmick? Probably. Is it a great way to get millennials to spend their bitcoins on expensive items? Absolutely. Luxury retail watchmaker Hublot has released the first-ever watch that can only be purchased using Bitcoin.
The Big Bang is a limited-edition timepiece that’ll retail for around $25K. For more details, you can read the article below on Bloomberg. According to Hublot, ‘Each timepiece will have a unique certificate engrave on the watch case, which represents the identification number of the transaction’ so there’s even an added layer of exclusivity.

I’ve featured TRUFF here before (back in March) but it’s back in the news this week after the world found out about it (thanks, Oprah!). This stuff actually packs a serious kick, and it’s heavenly if you enjoy truffles and hot sauce. The two work perfectly together.

I lived in Manhattan for 9 years and now I’m back down in Florida where I grew up. The bagels in the state of Florida are just f*cking awful. I don’t even know how people can look themselves in the mirror selling what they call bagels.
