By the age of 18, Nigel Sylvester had a shoe deal with Nike. Now the 31-year-old professional BMX athlete gets his very own Jordan Brand BMX bike. Nike gifted Nigel with a custom BMX bicycle and this could be the first release of Nike bikes.
The black and red bicycle is branded with “Jordan Biking Company” on the wheels and a Jumpman logo in the front.
Jordan Brand’s Frank Cooker hinted that the Swoosh company is making the Nike bikes for everyone, “@nigelsylvester I guess we left out a minor detail, that the shoe wasn’t the only monumental part of the drop… #jordanbikingco Est. 2017.”
The Jordan Brand BMX bike is a collaboration with Sylvester that could go along with his Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG. The Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 sneakers debut on Saturday, September 1. These Jordans will cost $180 and be available at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com.
We’ll have to wait and see if Jordan Brand BMX bikes also drop on September 1st for the special release.
Until then, take an amazing ride to New York City, London, Tokyo, and Dubai with the great Nigel Sylvester.
