Lobster is on a winning streak. It’s now in beer and even Pizza Hut is using it as a topping. Now, lobster is just getting damn fancy. It’s available with a mimosa, caviar, cheese and fruit and will run you $28 at the Nectar Wine Bar and Ale House in San Antonio, TX.

This leads me to wonder — is this the perfect brunch menu item? It’s got lobster, booze, fancy sticks, fish eggs, cheese, salmon and all it’s missing is bacon to really put it over the top. I’ll just add my own bacon. I always carry an emergency bag of bacon in my pocket.
