Contrary to popular belief, doing thousands of curls every day will not give you a six pack.
Also contrary to popular belief, the only real way to get a six pack is through consistent diet and exercise – no cream, lotion, or plastic wrap will get you that uniformly lumpy stomach every so desires.
Keep in mind that the process isn’t easy, and you will probably give up halfway through. That’s ok! Eating cheeseburgers is more enjoyable than eating salad, just like how playing video games and being a couch potato is more fun than running on a treadmill.
But don’t go off crying about how you don’t have a six pack after eating a head of lettuce – you’ll look (and sound) like a stupid asshole.
