Everyone loves going to the movies, with the global movie industry estimated at around $75 billion a year. And, these movies made more money than any others.

Movies are arguably America’s greatest cultural export. The motion picture has been a staple of the lives of Americans and those around the world for over a century now, and plenty of movies have been cultural spark plugs that change the way we think, live, and feel.
