LSU women’s basketball star Angel Reese flexed her NIL wealth by gifting Dre Beats to the entire men’s team. The generous gift comes in the midst of another successful season for the Tigers women’s squad.

Reese and Co. have ripped off 19 wins over their last 22 games after dropping their season opener. They’re hoping to go back-to-back this March as they defend their national championship crown.

Angel Reese was a big part of that title run in 2023 as she averaged a double-double in postseason play. The Big Dance performance put an exclamation point on an outstanding campaign in which she posted 23 points and 15 boards a night.

Prior to cutting down those nets, Reese went viral for her antics in the championship game. Facing superstar Caitlin Clark of Iowa, the forward gave her a dose of her own medicine when the final result was all but determined.

She became the ultimate villain after mocking Clark with her own “Can’t See Me” hand gesture, while simultaneously becoming a hero for LSU and a number of female athletes across the country.

Reese buoyed that viral March Madness moment into a slew of NIL opportunities in the offseason.

Looking to capitalize on her newfound fame, she hoped to turn her on-court success into not only a professional basketball career but also a future in modeling.

She got that ball rolling with an appearance in SI Swimsuit alongside fellow LSU star Livvy Dunne.

Sports Illustrated wasn’t the only company to come calling for her help in brand promotion. Dre Beats was another NIL suitor, which she added to a lengthy list of partnerships to include luxury fashion lines and designer handbags.

Reese currently ranks 7th in the nation in NIL valuation, according to On3 Sports, which takes into account all athletes across a variety of major NCAA sports.

She’s the highest earning women’s college basketball player and the second-highest earning female athlete (behind Dunne).

Not one to be stingy with her NIL success, Angel Reese was seen sharing the wealth with the LSU men’s team.

The star forward gave the entire team a set of Beats headphones, as well as some encouraging words. Noting how hard they’ve worked in the season to date, she presented the gift as a symbol of congratulations.

The courteous act came just a few weeks after she did the same for her teammates in Baton Rouge.
