As one of my co-workers so aptly put it in our BroBible Slack chat, Antonio Brown is basically “like a wild Grand Theft Auto side character at this point,” and frankly, I couldn’t agree more. You never quite know where he’ll pop up or what he’s doing or what collateral damage he’ll cause. His behavior is so erratic that you’d be forgiven for mistaking him for a glitch in the system. He’s the Cyberpunk 2077 of athletes.
Brown certainly further proved this point over the weekend as he randomly spawned at the Florida Atlantic University versus Rice football game on Saturday (FAU won 17-14), where he not only made his way down to the field but somehow got his hands on a tuba.

The former NFL wideout’s random appearance at FAU comes just about a week after the controversial pass catcher was making headlines for exposing himself in a public Dubai pool.
Brown — the 34-year-old former Pittsburgh Steeler, Oakland Raider, New England Patriot, and Tampa Bay Bucs — last played in the NFL back in 2021 with Tampa Bay. In typical AB fashion, his final NFL action saw him strip off his shirt and do jumping jacks in the endzone at Metlife Stadium before heading off the field in the middle of the game. He hasn’t played another snap in the league since.
Despite possessing Hall of Fame-level talent and production, and a Super Bowl ring, Brown has spent recent years burning virtually every bridge he had in the league — Tom Brady, who literally took AB into his home, included — and has ostracized himself to such an extent that it’s hard to imagine the NFL ever embracing him again.
