So, are you fired up for Taylor Swift to attend the next Chiefs game?

Kansas City will be playing in Foxborough against the New England Patriots and noted Swiftie Bill Belichick in the *Insufferable Fanbase Bowl.

WEEI 93.7 FM sports radio host Courtney Cox Dettore is excited for T-Swizzle to make an appearance in Beantown.

She is so excited, in fact, that she decided that she would hit up Bill Belichick, who is teetering on the edge of possibly losing his job, and see if he could help her out with meeting the pop star.

That was probably a mistake.

“Speaking of KC, Taylor Swift should be in attendance and you know I’m a Swiftie just like yourself,” she began her request.

“If there are any other tickets that seem to pop up I am able and willing. If you would like to make my dream come true in life, I’m all ears, so… I know you have a lot on your plate. Don’t want to add anything.”

After a few moments of awkward silence, The Hoodie responded.

“I’ll pass that along to our ticket department and let them handle it,” he replied.

“I don’t really know anything about tickets.”

Another one of the show’s hosts then asked Bill Belichick, “What about a post-game meet and greet, Bill? Will you be meeting Taylor Swift, do you think?”

More awkward silence.

“I’m really focused on trying to get our team ready to play Kansas City, so…” he replied.

Belichick wasn’t the only one annoyed by the Taylor Swift talk. So were many of the The Greg Hill Show’s listeners.

“So ridiculous… who gives a crap about Taylor Swift?” another fan commented on X (formerly Twitter).

“Just buy some tickets you hack,” someone else wrote.

“Your show is embarrassing,” read another comment.
