Deebo Samuel has publicly voiced his dissatisfaction with the San Francisco 49ers.
After removing his social media affiliation with the squad, he’s now come out and said he’d like the team to trade him ahead of the NFL Draft. This is huge news in the NFL.
Samuel was a first-team All-Pro performer last season, nearly guiding the 49ers to a Super Bowl appearance. He boasts the versatility to play out wide, in the slot, or in the backfield. He showed that dynamic ability in 2021 by racking up 1,405 receiving yards while also leading the team with eight rushing touchdowns.
Simply put, he’s a playmaker.
With news breaking that he’s unhappy on the West Coast, teams are reaching out to the San Francisco front office about a potential trade. That trade will likely involve a few picks in the upcoming draft.
The NFL world is now taking their best guesses on where the star wideout might land.

According to the latest odds at BetOnline.ag, the Indianapolis Colts are now the favorite to land the pass catcher with +450 odds. Not far behind are the Jets, Chiefs, Saints, Packers, and Eagles to round out the top six.
New York has been on the market for a receiver this offseason after missing out on Tyreek Hill to division rival Miami. Fans would love to see him in the Big Apple.
Green Bay is looking to give Aaron Rodgers a few more playmakers after losing out on Davante Adams, while the Chiefs could look to replace Hill after dealing him to the Dolphins.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out over the next few weeks. Samuel’s days in San Francisco appear to be through.
